BEFORE RIDING YOUR MARBEL BOARD, PLEASE READ THE MANUAL AND SEE ALL MARBEL SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS.
Always wear a helmet. This cannot be over stated enough. We also highly recommend wearing other safety gear like wrist guards, gloves, and knee pads (especially when first learning to ride).
While the Marbel Board has more built-in safety features than any other electric skateboard on the market, it’s important to remember to only ride your Marbel Board on hills and at speeds where you’d be comfortable and in control without power or brakes.
High speeds can be very dangerous. Just because your board can go 26 MPH doesn’t mean you always should. Whether you are on flat ground or heading down a hill, crashes at high speed can cause very serious injuries, or worse. Even if you have experience on other electric skateboards, you should still be extremely cautious when riding at high speeds.
Your board connection with your remote can be lost at any moment due to radio interference or a dead remote battery. If this happens, the Marbel Safety Brake will begin to gradually apply the brakes and bring you to stop over the next 15 second. Please be sure to watch our video explaining how and when the Safety Brake engages and try it for your self so you know what to expect.
Other vehicles on the road can cause serious injuries or even kill you. Other vehicles on the road can cause serious injuries or even kill you. That is not a mistake, yes we put that sentence in there twice for good reason. You should always ride defensively and always assume other vehicles / people / cyclist / animals do not see you.
